Normina for Companies
To equip teams with structured knowledge on upcoming EU sustainability laws.
Normina for Companies is designed for organisations whose employees need to understand how EU sustainability regulation changes products, obligations, claims, and repairability. The platform enables teams to build a shared compliance structure that protects them from violations and consequences such as sales bans or loss of market access, recall or corrective obligations, fines and, in serious cases, criminal consequences or liability for environmental damage.
Who it is for
- Product and innovation teams
- Sustainability and ESG leads
- Legal and compliance teams that need a learning solution for broader internal audiences
- Marketing and communications teams working with product claims and consumer information
- Procurement, packaging, repair, and circularity-related functions depending on industry
What teams learn
Learners build a clearer understanding of what the law is trying to change, which requirements shape products and market communication, where risks emerge when internal understanding stays too shallow, and how different laws connect across one product journey rather than existing as isolated acronyms.
How the format works
The Company Version combines self-paced course modules, short knowledge checks, examples, and certificates of completion. Depending on the account setup, it can also include onboarding support, reporting, or additional guided elements for teams.
Normina offers different package formats for companies, depending on the number of learners and the required course scope. The standard learning time is up to 140 hours per course, and all courses are available in English and German. Each course consists of 4 modules with 50 learning units, videos, assessments, more than 100 examples, specifically from a fashion and interior-related context, a glossary, and downloadable checklists. After each module, badges can be earned. A digital certificate is awarded after successful completion of the course and its assessments.
Why companies choose Normina
Companies need more than awareness. They need employees who understand the legal shift well enough to work with it. Normina helps organizations build a stronger internal baseline before more expensive project work begins and before misunderstandings create avoidable risk.
